When will I receive my first ScentBox?

If you sign up in store, you will receive it immediately. If you sign up via telephone or web, it will take about 5 days depending upon your location. Each monthly ScentBox should arrive by the first of the month.

When will my card be charged?
You will be charged for your first ScentBox immediately. Your card will then be charged on the 15th of each month.

Can I cancel my ScentBox?
Of Course! You can cancel anytime before the 15th of the month. If you cancel after the 15th, you will receive your next ScentBox, and then your subscription will be canceled.

What is the shipping charge? Can I pick up my ScentBox?
For all ScentBoxes delivered there is a $2 flat fee (unfortunately, shipping keeps going up so in order to continue to provide $20+ worth of merchandise, we had to start charging a fee).  And YES! You can can pick up your ScentBox. We only ask that you designate PickUp at time of sign up. And pick it up between the 15th and last day of the month. All PickUps will receive a BONUS product in their monthly ScentBox.

I LOVE this product! Can I get more?
Most of the time, YES! And we will include in every ScentBox a coupon for discounts on the featured lines. Occasionally, we will include products we don’t already carry. Give us feedback and we may add it to our collection.

What about sales tax?
Sales tax applies to Missouri residents only.
